From Rudy's solo album SABOR: Triste. Composed by Tom Jobim (of Girl from Ipanema fame). An often overlooked bossa nova by Jobim, one of my favorites. I first heard Sybil Sheppard (yeah, Miss America, way back when) singing a surprisingly nice rendition of this tune. Here is my version. Thx for downloading. For my guitar playing friends, I used my Gibson 335 and Bros Inti nylon string acoustic on this track. It also features my piano playing and vocal scat. Thanks to Sander Bos for mixing this recording.
